Ed Cornfield

Practitioner

As a leadership psychologist and performance coach, Ed’s mission is taking people beyond what they thought was possible and nudging them towards a limitless life. Ed spent over a decade as a professional whitewater kayaker, both as an athlete and expedition leader in extreme environments, before transitioning into business psychology.

After spending time in the corporate world as Head of Leadership Development, Ed now partners with senior leaders, teams and organisations to help them disrupt the daily grind ... be that optimising personal performance, developing high performance teams or co-creating the future of the business.

Ed lives on Dartmoor National Park in the UK, and can usually be found up a mountain running ultra-marathons or kayaking down waterfalls. One of the game changing books for Ed has been 'The Happiness Hypothesis' by Jonathan Haidt, and he loves nothing more than the alchemy of psychology, philosophy and leadership.

His favourite quote is from the great American philosopher, Ferris Bueller, "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”
