Business Performance

The focus in the Business Performance Quadrant is to help clients to create outperformance in the short term.

Firstly by Realising the Truth about the actual level of performance today and develop a better understanding of most important and biggest challenges, underlying issues and biggest execution issues.

Secondly for developing new and more systemic solutions whereby the leadership team collectively has clearer priorities, a stronger sense of conviction and fully in accountabilities to deliver solutions/outcomes in agreed timelines.

Personal Performance

The focus in the Personal Performance Quadrant is to help leaders to operate at their highest potential. This work is underpinned by the Awareness Code, a periodic table for human emotion and experience.

We work to help leaders to understand their awareness and to work through lower awareness and to then operate ‘above the line’ in the 60s tile on the Awareness Code, then the 70s, then 80s and even 90s so they can perform at their best individually and in their teams.

Business Leadership

The focus in the Business Leadership Quadrant is to bring to life the future for the company (the North Star).

We help leaders create their own North Star system. This typically includes an inspiring purpose, how the company is unique, a sense of the future stakeholder and societal value, and how the company will impact and contribute to the world. As well as other company-specific areas of content.

Increasingly North Stars are for both external stakeholders and also guides internal management on what needs to be developed/done to make this happen including a future picture of what the company will look like in 3 years and key strategic priorities.

We create experiences that help leaders connect their personal Highest Callings to the future North Star of the company. We look to integrate the external, internal and individual elements to make the North Star happen.

Personal Leadership

The focus in the Personal Leadership Quadrant is to connect and build a fellowship of leaders.

We initially create experiences which connect leaders, deepen trust, build belief in each other to help empower and inspire each other.

Then, we look at working together in a trusted fellowship with other senior leaders to connect and empower them with the rest of the organisation and to unify the business and the broader company ecosystem.
